Our Community Block Party is our main awareness event, aimed at bringing the city together while highlighting our mission. This family-friendly gathering features live music, an interactive KidZone with activities for children, and a variety of health and wellness vendors offering resources, products, and services.
Attendees can also participate in games and activities, explore wellness booths, and enjoy food from local vendors. The event is designed to foster community connection while raising awareness about health, wellness, and our ongoing programs. This vibrant event brings everyone together for organized team games, a lively KidZone, and local vendors offering treats and goodies. It’s the perfect way to celebrate our local parks, get active, and connect with your neighbors.
Form a team and join the friendly competition! With a small entry fee, teams will compete for a pooled prize, making the games even more exciting. Not competing? No problem! We’ll have plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy, whether you're playing, cheering, or just soaking up the fun.

Our WorthWhile Workshop is designed to help individuals and families integrate nutrition, movement, and mindfulness into daily life through hands-on activities that promote personal and community well-being.
Participants will learn stress-reducing techniques through simple breathing exercises, take part in a guided group walk with interactive stations to promote physical activity and mindful movement, and enjoy a meal prepared by our dietitian, who will also share insights on nutritious, budget-friendly eating and offer practical tips for maintaining a balanced diet.
The workshop emphasizes both individual growth and community connection, equipping you with valuable skills to foster healthier habits and relationships.
