Tyler Steigelman - President
My name is Tyler Steigelman. I am the owner of WorthWhile Brand. WorthWhile Brand was created in 2015 to serve as a reminder of self-worth. We all go through things in life that make us who we are, and THAT is WorthWhile. Since the beginning of the brand, I have been on my own personal journey discovering what self-worth means to me. I’m still on that journey and it’s always changing and evolving as I grow as a person.
I love meeting people, and I’m always shaking hands, networking, and building relationships. Your life is YOUR life and it's rare & beautiful!
I think it's important to remind children of their self-worth, as they will grow into the leaders and visionaries of our future! Over the years, I have had the wonderful opportunity to participate in several speaking engagements with kids, such as E.A. Cox Middle Schools Anti-bullying Campaign, The Boys and Girls Club of Maury County, a Leadership Summit at Columbia State Community College, and The Tennessee Children's Home. I am excited to have the opportunity to help further spread the message of the brand through A Worthy Cause and help make a positive impact on the youth in our community.

Lydia Fowler - Secretary
I am Lydia! I grew up here in TN just up the road a bit in Franklin, TN. I have always been active through sports and a love for learning how the body works. Both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lipscomb University are in exercise science and nutrition and I have enjoyed learning how to connect the two and teach others how to better improve their lives through moving and fueling well. Having now been a registered dietitian for over a decade now here in Columbia, TN, my connection to this community and love for each person I see just continues to grow! I am honored to be the nutrition piece of A Worthy Cause as my hope for the upcoming generations is for more awareness of self and learning how to strive for better from the inside out!
Brittany Venere - Treasurer
My name is Brittany Venere. I am a co-owner and the physical therapist for Climb Performance Therapies here in Columbia, TN. I am originally from Armada, Michigan and moved down to Tennessee in 2014 to attend Belmont University for my Doctorate. I have been a practicing physical therapist for over 5 years now and absolutely love my job! I have lived in Columbia for 2 years now and have fell in love with this community. I am passionate about helping people understand their bodies so they can avoid pain, gain strength, and improve mobility! I am very excited to start bringing that same awareness to kids through A Worthy Cause!
